Job Description
Be Part Of A High-Performing Team
Join a rapidly growing engineering and manufacturing organization supporting the expansion of mission-critical data center infrastructure. The business designs and manufactures custom modular cooling systems that move through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and customer implementation. This team operates in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment where Program Managers connect customers with engineering, operations, procurement, scheduling, and manufacturing teams to keep complex projects moving.
This is a senior leadership-track opportunity for someone who can first establish credibility through hands-on project execution and then grow into broader responsibility for multiple projects, customer relationships, financial performance, and project teams.
What's In Store For You
- Primarily onsite in Fort Worth, TX , with the team generally working onsite five days per week.
- Occasional remote flexibility may be available based on business needs.
- Approximately 20% travel, primarily to customer and data center locations.
- Opportunity to transition from direct project execution into true program-level leadership.
- Exposure to highly customized, engineered cooling systems supporting major data center customers.
- Long-term scope includes broader customer/account ownership, P&L responsibility, multiple projects, and team leadership.
- Comprehensive health, retirement, wellness, insurance, and paid-time-off benefits.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Initially lead complex projects directly while building a deep understanding of technical products, internal processes, and the full project lifecycle.
- Progress into ownership of a customer or account vertical containing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, scheduling, manufacturing, production, and customer teams from project award through delivery.
- Maintain executive-level visibility into schedules, budgets, engineering milestones, procurement activity, manufacturing progress, risks, and customer commitments.
- Serve as a primary connection between data center customers and internal technical and operational teams.
- Provide strategic direction across multiple projects rather than focusing solely on individual project execution.
- Own or oversee program-level financial performance, including budgets, P&L, forecasts, and project health.
- Identify project and program risks early and drive cross-functional resolution.
- Develop strong customer relationships and maintain effective communication across changing priorities, technical issues, and execution challenges.
- Lead and develop project-management resources as the scope expands, including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers.
- Help scale project-delivery practices as customer demand and data center cooling activity continue to expand.
Requirements
Do You Have the Expertise to Lead Complex Technical Programs?

- 7+ years of relevant project, program, technical, operational, or management experience in complex technical environments.
- Strong understanding of schedules, budgets, procurement, manufacturing, engineering milestones, project risk, and customer delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand technical products and engineered systems.
- Experience managing customer-facing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Background in energy, data centers, thermal systems, industrial manufacturing, modular equipment, or another engineering-intensive environment strongly preferred.
- Previous responsibility for multiple projects, portfolios, customer accounts, or programs is highly valued.
- P&L or significant financial ownership is strongly preferred.
- Prior people-management experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong Senior Project Managers ready to step into Program Management will also be considered.
