Job summary

Redwood Materials is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate schedule development.

You will monitor progress, perform what-if analyses, maintain baselines, and report critical path and EVMS results, coordinating with cost control to align schedule and cost. The role is full-time with compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling or controls.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project; knowledge of EVM and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather schedule details.
• Monitor progress to identify scheduling issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare schedule reports including critical path analysis and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Maintain baselines and document changes to schedules.
