Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. in Orlando seeks a Global Project Procurement Manager to coordinate procurement from tender through handover, acting as the single point of contact and aligning sourcing strategies with the Project Core Team.

You will drive early involvement of tailored sourcing, manage onshore/offshore scopes, lead risk mitigation, negotiate supplier terms, and provide data for project controlling to ensure cost, schedule, and quality requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in completing complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• PMP certification or SAP experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define and align procurement strategy with the Project Core Team during the whole Project Lifecycle.
• Lead the Procurement Collaboration Model across regions.
• Drive market analysis, risk mitigation, and supplier negotiations.
• Review contracts for procurement risks and align with project standards.
• Support commodity managers to secure best terms for materials.
• Provide procurement data for project controlling and reporting.
