Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Campus Lead in Mountain View, CA to run end-to-end campus operations and lead a focused team. You will serve as a strategic bridge for operational excellence while preparing for broader regional leadership, managing day-to-day activities and campus stakeholders.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with the Space Team and other departments, mentor staff, and drive proactive optimization with an emphasis on sustainability and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or PM.
• Minimum 7 years managing design and construction of multiple projects.
• Experience leading a campus team and cross-functional partnerships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus services and operations to ensure quality delivery.
• Act as primary lead for campus emergencies and proactive recovery.
• Maintain client communications with transparent, solution-focused reporting.
• Directly manage and mentor a campus team and align goals.
• Translate strategy into actionable steps for campus staff.
• Forecast spend and optimize inventory budgets and financial risk.
• Collaborate with Space Team and other departments on improvements.
• Refine processes to shift from maintenance to proactive optimization.
