Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a senior materials management leader to drive the global execution of capital project materials management, including storage, receipt, issuance, procurement, inventory control, and planning. You will establish tactical and strategic goals, policies, and procedures to optimize safety, cost, and schedule objectives.

You will collaborate with project teams to develop execution plans, standardize reporting, and support logistics for capital projects.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 14 years in inventory management, systems & project management, and analysis projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field with 10 years combined experience.
• Master’s degree in related discipline with 8 years combined experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee global execution of capital project materials management activities.
• Manage materials storage, receipt, issuance, procurement, inventory control and planning.
• Standardize material status reporting for visibility into performance and requirements.
• Support logistics planning and execution for capital projects (packing, inspections, transport, delivery).
• Design and implement material tracking and control systems to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain leaders to ensure site requirements compliance.
