UL Solutions is seeking a results-oriented Program/Project Manager in the United States to lead small‑to‑medium projects with clear governance and stakeholder engagement. You will provide leadership to project teams, act as front-line contact for issues and risks, and ensure alignment of deliverables with business outcomes.

You will manage budgets, schedules, interdependencies, and sponsor reporting while navigating change with resilience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related fields.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills.
• Experience working on project and portfolio management Tools (Excel, Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sponsor reporting and escalation experience.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment.
• Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
• In depth understanding of project management concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the implementation of small to medium projects.
• Provides overall leadership and support to project team members.
• Acts as front-line contact on project related activities, issues, and risks.
• Manages the project risks and issues and escalates accordingly.
• Interfaces with Business Unit Leaders, and with Finance and develops ROI, IRR and other financial measures.
• Manages stakeholders' communication and escalates accordingly.
• Adheres to program and project governance (controls).
• Plans the overall project and monitors the progress and performs Daily project management throughout the project's life cycle.
• Manages the projects budget and financial performance.
• Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies.
• Manages and utilizes resources.
• Aligns the deliverables (outputs) to the project's outcome with the aid of the business change manager.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as directed.
