Qualifications

• Understanding of the software development life cycle and the ability to work with software product specs.
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple teams.
• Excellent time management, communication (oral and written), and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on first-time quality delivery.
• Experience in direct project activities and ensuring customer satisfaction within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial project delivery tasks including the SDLC for studies of simple to medium complexity.
• Ensure project systems are built and released per client expectations, including change control processes.
• Support implementation of complex multi-product projects as needed.
• Manage projects within timelines, budget, and quality standards as per contractual requirements.
• Review, approve and maintain project documentation.
• Handle client escalations and resolve with internal and client teams.
