Job summary

Harper Fox Partners in the United States seeks a senior project leader to coordinate international operations across North America, Asia and Europe, aiming to triple its US footprint in coming years. The role focuses on driving high-impact projects, aligning teams, and delivering on time, quality and cost targets.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage customer expectations, and foster PMO excellence, with opportunities for progression locally and globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science preferred or equivalent qualification in project management within an industrial environment.
• 7+ years of successful experience in projects management, PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run projects with major impact on technology, people, and processes to optimize performance of international teams.
• PMO support; align global teams covering North America, Denmark, Sweden, China and India.
• Lead point of contact for customers; follow up on project specification, objectives, deliverables, time plan and cost.
• Establish clear priorities; schedule activities to ensure optimum use of time and resources; monitor performance against objectives.
• Lead, develop, and motivate high performing project teams.
• Manage key stakeholders and provide status updates to steering committees and business leaders.

This appointment is all about aligning international operations covering North America, Asia and Europe, with the business targeting to expand x3 it's current size in the US over the coming years.

You'll have a strong foundation to build upon with ample opportunity for continued progression within the business, both at a local level and on a global scale.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will plan and run projects with major impact on technology, people, and processes to optimize the overall performance of the international teams.

• Manage customer projects on time, on quality and on cost in an agile project management way.
• PMO support; align global teams covering North America, Denmark, Sweden, China and India.
• Lead point of contact for customers; follow up on the complete project specification, objectives, deliverables, time plan and cost, including own projects and sub-projects.
• Establish clear priorities; schedules activities to ensure optimum use of time and resources; monitors performance against objectives.
• Lead, develop, motivate high performing project teams.
• Manage key stakeholders and provide status update to steering committees and business leaders.
