Job summary

Harper Fox Partners in Oklahoma is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive growth across technology and operations. You will lead projects with broad impact on people, processes and performance, using lean methods and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements include a BS in science (MS preferred), 10+ years in PM, Lean Six Sigma experience, and solid leadership of stakeholders. PMP is a plus. You’ll help transform supply chains and scale the business as it expands globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science required; MSc preferred in manufacturing or supply chain.
• 10+ years of project management experience; PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma principles; Green Belt certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run projects with major impact on technology, people, footprint structures, and processes to optimize site performance.
• Develop and implement transformations with new ways of working including people, processes and investments.
• Developing the new and existing products as well as transforming the Supply Chain.
• Follow up on the complete project specification, objectives, deliverables, time plan and cost, including own projects and sub-projects.
• Establish clear priorities; schedules activities to ensure optimum use of time and resources; monitors performance against objectives.
• Lead, develop, motivate high performing project teams.
• Manage key stakeholders and provide status updates to steering committees and business leaders.
• Coach and train local colleagues, be the contact point with Operations Development management team.

This Senior Project Manager appointment is all about growth, with the business targeting to expand x3 it's current size over the coming years. You'll have a strong foundation to build upon with ample opportunity for continued progression within the business, both at a local level and on a global scale.

Responsibilities
