Job summary

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is seeking an Advisor, Project Management to provide programmatic guidance, coordination, and implementation support for a portfolio of projects in line with CRS principles and funder requirements.

The role collaborates with regional, country office, and project teams to ensure compliant, timely, and quality delivery for the poor and vulnerable, leveraging established award management tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Affairs, Development or a related field.
• Minimum eight years international experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Two years traveling/working in low-resource settings.
• Experience contributing to successful proposals for external funder funding.
• Four years of relevant experience in project management, project support, award management, compliance or similar fields.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff across functions to support award compliance and project implementation.
• Contribute to agency-wide strategies, tools, and best practices in project and award management.
• Assist in donor communications and coordinating inputs with CO and regional teams.
• Provide guidance on project and award management processes to regional and country teams.
• Support training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to strengthen staff and partners.
• Prepare and consolidate reports and documentation to meet funder requirements.
• Lead negotiations with funders and support award start-up requirements.
