PTC Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Development to provide strategic input across all phases of drug development and to work with the R&D leader to meet clinical development goals.

You will oversee CDP design, clinical operations, safety and biostatistics, manage CROs and external partners, ensure GCP compliance, and represent the team in external meetings; domestic and international travel up to 30%.

Qualificações

• MD degree and at least 5 years of clinical drug development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global clinical development strategy for assigned indication.
• Design CDPs and ensure they enable clinical/medical benefit and development objectives.
• Manage relationships with external partners (CROs, vendors, consultants) and budgets; review contracts and invoices.
• Medically responsible for clinical studies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support CDPs and regulatory submissions.
