Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Principal E&I Engineer to lead discipline teams on major energy projects in the United States. You will direct project execution, ensure quality, cost and schedule delivery, and help bridge traditional energy with sustainable solutions.

You will mentor staff, develop execution strategies, and coordinate with other disciplines to meet safety and regulatory standards. Strong leadership and a proven track record delivering complex projects are essential.

Qualifications

• A 4- or 5-year technical degree in science or engineering is required.
• Active licensure with a local engineering governing body where required by law.
• Experience leading discipline teams and managing project cost, scope and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead discipline teams and direct project execution activities for E&I scope.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
• Develop execution strategies, estimate costs, and present proposals to customers.
• Mentor team members and support performance reviews.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure project success and safety.
