CRB seeks a Project Director for Global Project Delivery in Boston to lead complex life sciences and food & beverage facilities projects from charter through closeout. You will steer multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability while maintaining CRB’s standards.

The role requires strategic oversight, strong leadership, and proven ability to drive programs across design, pre-construction, procurement, CQV, and construction phases, delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in CM/Engineering/Architecture or equivalent.
PMP or similar certification preferred for project leadership roles.
Experience with major AEC projects and integrated delivery processes.

Responsibilities

Lead CRB team and owner through project phases, ensuring alignment with business case and charter.
Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and procurement plans across multiple projects.
Oversee contract negotiations, risk management, and client relationship activities at executive levels.
