Job summary

Join Cumming Group in a role focused on cost management and financial reporting for complex projects. You will prepare monthly cost reports, track costs and forecasts, review invoices, and support CIP reviews and asset capitalization with project teams.

The position requires a BS in a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience, with familiarity in SAP or similar enterprise systems. Located in the United States within New Jersey region.

Qualifications

• Experience with project cost reporting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with enterprise financial systems such as SAP.
• Ability to review invoices against budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly project cost reports, including estimate-to-complete and funding forecasts.
• Review invoices for accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Lead and govern Potential Change Order (PCO) processes and CIP reviews.
• Maintain project financial controls and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support asset capitalization and Ready for Intended Use (RIU) activities.
