Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Senior Director, Global Project Controls to establish and lead enterprise controls across markets and submarkets. You will govern standards, systems, and reporting to improve predictability and financial health of projects.

You will partner with VP-level leadership to enable proactive decision-making and secure margin, schedule reliability, and portfolio oversight across TAIT's global programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years leading large-scale project portfolios in complex environments.
• Strong financial acumen, forecasting, and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve enterprise Project Controls across markets and delivery types.
• Define standards for cost management, forecasting, scheduling, and risk.
• Provide timely, actionable insights to executives and project teams.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve planning and delivery.
