Job summary

Lilly seeks a seasoned Leader in Global Facilities Delivery to direct project controls for multi-billion-dollar capital programs. You will oversee cost, schedule, risk, change, and cash-flow processes, ensuring delivery on safety, quality, and business value.

Travel and relocation to project sites domestically and internationally are required. Earned value, forecasting, and governance are critical as you collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of project controls experience on large-scale projects.
• Expert-level cost management, scheduling, forecasting, change management, and risk management for multi-billion programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls for mega-capital programs exceeding $1B.
• Translate enterprise objectives into actionable project controls strategies.
• Direct all aspects of project controls from planning through closeout.
• Ensure alignment with Lilly methodologies, governance, and financial controls.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
