Lilly is a global healthcare leader focused on delivering life-changing medicines. The Global Facilities Delivery organization executes capital assets worldwide, supporting manufacturing and expansion projects, with emphasis on safety, cost, schedule, and quality.

The role leads project control teams on major capital projects, ensures adherence to Lilly finance policies, and delivers asset capability and capacity across Brownfield or Greenfield sites. WIllingness to relocate/travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business management, finance, engineering, construction, or other related area or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in project controls on major industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly will not sponsor work authorization or visas.

Responsibilities

• Lead project control teams to deliver large capital programs (≥$500MM USD).
• Serve as independent lead for project controls to enforce standard processes.
• Manage cost, schedule and resource baselines; monitor costs, forecast cashflows, and manage risks.
