Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to manage project controls, data governance, and related processes across global real estate and workplace portfolios. You will work with PMOs, IT, and business units to ensure data integrity and standardized delivery.

The role emphasizes governance framework development, reporting, and continuous improvement across client projects, with collaboration across multiple disciplines and locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years directly related experience in a project management governance or support role.
• Significant knowledge of project and change management methodologies, techniques, processes (e.g. Project & Portfolio Management Methodology).
• PMP or PMI-CP a plus.
• Experience/competency with reporting platforms such as PowerBI also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop/maintain governance strategies to audit, measure, and remediate compliance with process and controls expectations.
• Establish and maintain centralized data management systems for real estate and workplace projects for global consistency
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with all project-related data.
• Provide regular updates, project reporting, and performance dashboards to senior management.
• Collaborate with IT, Client Technology, and Data Governance Teams to ensure data platform integration.
• Create and maintain project playbooks and protocols for consistent delivery.
• Support training and upskilling initiatives related to project controls and data governance.
• Centralized project controls and data governance frameworks for global consistency.
