Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors and senior leaders.
• Act as the connective tissue across teams, surfacing dependencies and aligning efforts toward a shared goal.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and build trust with peers and partners.
• Partner with GBO teammates and other business units to ensure program success.
• Create integrated roadmaps linking scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early and drive decisions to resolution across competing priorities.
• Oversee governance with steering committees, decision logs, and escalation paths.
