Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) in the United States is seeking a Global Programs Intern for the 2027 Spring Internship class. The intern will support measurement and program management across Global Programs, South Asia, or Asia Pacific regions, and assist executive leaders with key initiatives.

The role offers a 20–40 hour per week schedule with a monthly stipend, and can be in-person in Washington, DC, or remote for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• Two years of undergraduate study completed by the start of the internship.
• At least one internship or significant leadership experience in campus or community activities.
• Ability to commit 20–40 hours per week during standard business hours.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Experience in intranet site management and resource development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support events and training.
• Intranet site management.
• Compile reports and data.
• Assist with project management tasks.
• Provide IJM administrative support as part of the Global Programs team.
