JDC Entwine in New York, NY is seeking a Global Programs Coordinator to support a portfolio of global immersive programs, including Insider Trips and Entwine Abroad Global Campus weekends. The role manages project team processes, scheduling, timelines, logistics, and administrative tasks to keep programs on track.

The position is hybrid with 35 hours per week, requires travel 1-3 weeks per year domestically and internationally, and reports to the Program Manager.

Competenze

• Prior administrative, coordination, and office experience is required.
• Experience working closely with teams and coordinating multiple tasks.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Asana).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and proactive.

Mansioni

• Serve as the project manager for Project Teams implementing Global Programs.
• Manage logistics to ensure program success and keep projects on task.
• Coordinate budgets, applications, interviews, and participant communications.
• Prepare curriculum materials and essential materials for group leaders.
• Staff global immersive experiences and facilitate educational content as needed.
• Maintain understanding of department goals and programming to act as Entwine expert.
