The University of Texas at Dallas is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Center for Global Business (CGB) in the Jindal School of Management to support events, projects and activities across GTMI, GDI and FLI, and to coordinate the Future Leaders Program for student leadership development.

The role handles financial reconciliation, receipts and invoices, and maintains records while collaborating with CGB leadership, the CGB Student Council, faculty, staff and corporate partners to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years related experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution of events, workshops, webinars, and conferences across initiatives.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for event logistics (venue, catering, materials, tech, on-site support).
• Monitor timelines and deliverables; alert leadership to risks or delays.
• Maintain calendars, trackers, andDocumentation for aligned initiatives.
• Prepare program materials, agendas, and post-event reports.
