Job summary

The University of Texas at Dallas seeks a Program Director for the Bachelor of Science in Global Business to lead administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of the undergraduate program. You will advise and support students from admission to graduation, guide scholarship and visa processes, and report key metrics to the department and Dean’s Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AACSB assessment processes, administer exit surveys, and prepare related reports.
• Manage curriculum planning in collaboration with faculty by identifying gaps and proposing new courses or certificates.
• Coordinate course scheduling with the Area Coordinator and recruit adjunct faculty for teaching assignments.
• Develop campaigns to strengthen enrollment and rankings, and enhance student services.
• Cultivate partnerships with organizations to improve student engagement and career opportunities.
