Job summary

Co-Impact is a global philanthropic collaborative dedicated to advancing gender equality and women’s leadership. The Program Assistant will provide essential administrative and logistical support to three senior members of the Program Team: the VP, a Program Director, and the Associate Director, who are based in the United States.

The role covers global coordination, stewardship of grantees, external engagement, and contributions to programmatic learning.

Qualifications

• Administrative and logistical support experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate calendars, travel, and meetings.
• Experience supporting multiple senior leaders or teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to three senior Program Team members (VP, Program Director, Associate Director).
• Coordinate global team activities, grantees, and external partnerships; assist with learning initiatives.
• Support team retreats, strategic planning, and organizational management tasks.
