Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of related job experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and program management/administration skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with a CMS, SIS and/or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational aspects, budgeting, and communications for Wheaton faculty-led semester programs.
• Develop program budgets and monitor revenue/expenses; facilitate payments.
• Advise students from application through return for off-campus study.
• Coordinate registration and market Wheaton programs to CCCU campuses.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and departments to grow faculty-led programs.
• Support process for independent student travel registration and requirements.
• Lead GPS events budgeting and support GPS activities.
