Adelphi University in Garden City, NY, seeks a part-time Program and Alumni Coordinator for the Bhisé Global Learning Experience (BGLE). The role supports planning, student engagement, communications, alumni activities, and financial administration, with 50% remote work and 50% on campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience coordinating programs, communications, or administrative support.
• International experience in study abroad or global learning preferred.
• Previous participation in the Bhisé BGLE is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support BGLE planning and implementation, including applications, itineraries, and evaluations.
• Assist with budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and payments.
• Develop promotional materials and manage social media assets.
• Coordinate alumni communications and events; assist with mentor selection.
• Represent BGLE at events and support general study abroad initiatives.
• Undertake special projects and occasional evening/weekend duties.
