Intrax is a global nonprofit organization facilitating cultural exchange with programs in 100+ countries. We sponsor international educators to come to the US to teach and share their culture, while learning new methodologies to bring back home.

The Education Program Coordinator provides guidance to host schools and teachers, vets participants, and ensures regulatory compliance for the J-1 Teacher program. Role emphasizes coordinated program support, strong data management, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• At least two years of professional experience, preferably in customer service, business administration, international relations, or related field.
• Experience using databases.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Google G Suite tools.
• Experience working with non-native English speakers.
• Proven experience in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate J-1 Teacher program stakeholders.
• Screen, review, and process visa-related documentation for J-1 Teachers.
• Conduct host school screenings and verify compliance with hosting eligibility.
