Job summary

Tishman Speyer is seeking a Programming Director in NYC to develop and manage global ZO programming strategy across the portfolio. You will oversee event curation, production, marketing, and cross-team partnerships to elevate the on-site experience for tenants and guests.

The role requires senior-level collaboration, strong storytelling and copywriting, and a robust network in arts & culture. Proficiency with Excel and a passion for innovation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in cultural curation.
• Strong track record in brand and audience development.
• Deep knowledge of lifestyle programming and popular culture.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting with an editorial touch.
• Established network in thought leadership and creative industries encouraged.
• Interest and network in arts & culture highly desired.
• Track record of applying innovative strategies and managing projects autonomously.
• Comfortable interacting with senior management and able to manage up.
• Ability to leverage AI, automation and data-driven tools to drive innovation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development & Implementation across global portfolio.
• Oversee curation, production of tentpole events and assets; budget and schedule management.
• Marketing & PR management with agencies; on-site promotions and content.
• Develop and nurture programming relationships and sponsorships.
• Budget forecasting, KPI tracking, and contract/proposal support.
• Regional programming oversight; guide regional teams on calendars and relations.
• Represent ZO, Tishman Speyer, and Programming & Partnerships in client meetings.
• Drive efficient processes and adapt to business growth.
