Divergent is building the new industrial age. The Program Planner works with PMO, engineering, and supply chain to create and maintain schedules from proposal through part release and delivery.

You will synchronize design, release, and logistics across multiple factories and material systems to ensure 99% on-time delivery. The role demands self-motivation, detail orientation, hands-on work, and leadership through complex scheduling.

Competenze

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls.
• A proven, progressing track record in planning, operations, manufacturing, supply chain management, or consulting.
• Experience building and maintaining integrated program schedules with defined milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Exposure to planning or coordinating work across more than one production site, process, or material system, including the movement of material between them.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Solid interpersonal skills; motivated self-starter who can manage personal workload and execution to tight schedule.

Mansioni

• Partner with PMO and engineering during the proposal phase to develop detailed schedules and milestones.
• Continuously update the schedule as design progresses and communicate changes to all stakeholders.
• Monitor real‑time progress against the schedule, flag variances, and implement corrective actions to keep part release on‑time.
• Build and maintain multi‑material program plans accounting for differing lead times and qualification paths.
• Define how scope is allocated between sites, how schedules stay synchronized, and how capacity and materials are balanced across the network.
• Plan inter‑factory logistics including material movement, transit times, packaging needs, and buffer placement between sites.
• Develop data requirements and tools to report status and health across materials, sites, and logistics lanes.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to synchronize demand, supply, and production plans across sites.
