Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Program Planner to tightly couple proposal phase scheduling with design release and supply-chain activities. You will build and maintain multi-material program plans across multiple factories, ensuring synchronized scope, capacity, tooling, and material balance.

In this role, you will drive inter-site logistics, document hand-offs, and collaborate with PMO, engineering, and logistics to achieve 99% on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• A proven, progressing track record in planning, operations, manufacturing, supply chain management, or consulting.
• Experience building and maintaining integrated program schedules with milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Exposure to planning or coordinating work across more than one production site, process, or material system, including material movement between them.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Solid interpersonal skills and ability to manage workload to tight schedule.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PMO and engineering during proposal phase to develop detailed schedules and milestones.
• Monitor real-time progress and flag variances; work with engineering leads to keep on-time release.
• Develop plans spanning multiple factories and material systems, balancing lead times and constraints.
• Plan inter-factory logistics, including transit times, packaging, and buffer strategies.
• Define hand-off points and data requirements so parts can be produced at different sites without rework.
• Collaborate with data teams to report status and health of programs; ensure cross-site visibility.
