Job summary

Divergent in Los Angeles is seeking a Program Planner to synchronize design, release, and supply-chain activities across multiple factories and material systems. You will develop and maintain detailed schedules from proposal through part release, ensuring inter-site alignment that drives on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to access information and technology subject to US export controls
• Track record in planning, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or consulting
• Experience building and maintaining integrated program schedules with milestones, dependencies, and critical path
• Exposure to planning across more than one production site, process, or material system
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated execution under tight schedules

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed schedules with PMs during proposal phase and update as design progresses
• Monitor real-time progress, flag variances, and coordinate corrective actions to keep part releases on-time
• Build and maintain multi-material program plans accounting for lead times and qualification paths
• Plan inter-factory schedules across multiple sites and balance capacity, tooling, and material
• Define hand-off points and data requirements between sites and material streams
• Collaborate with data teams to build tools reporting status across materials, sites, and logistics lanes
• Participate in S&OP meetings to synchronize demand, supply, and production across sites
• Identify gaps, propose enhancements, and codify repeatable planning standards
