Job summary

Pavion is seeking a talented Program Manager to join our security business unit, handling complex integration programs including M&A activity. The role will coordinate across departments, manage change, and ensure timely delivery across time zones, with travel about 20%.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, status reporting to senior leaders, and development of training materials for client handover. A strong emphasis on analytical skills and vendor management is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 5 years’ experience in Program Management.
• 5+ years’ experience in an Integration type role.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Visio knowledge; experience with project plans and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through integration projects from initiation to turnover.
• Coordinate change management for M&A integrations.
• Provide weekly/bi-weekly status updates to senior leaders.
• Develop user manuals and training materials; support successful implementation and turnover.
• Identify new opportunities with clients and manage vendor programs.
