Job summary

You will drive productivity, manage resources, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and be the site’s main point of contact for programs.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts in professional expertise.
• Work is performed independently requiring judgment and discretion.
• Interacts with customers/clients, functional peer group managers, and upper management.

Responsibilities

• Drives productivity, process control, resource management, and consistent business practices across the team.
• Manages required activity with various support organizations to deliver customer service level expectations, including engineering, logistics, supply chain, contracts, operations, and new product introduction.
• Owns product line execution through the site, ensuring on time delivery to the customer.
• Coordinates with production control to provide ramp-up modeling to ensure 100% production readiness.
