Job summary

Avnet is seeking a Program Manager II in Chandler, AZ to oversee multi-million-dollar programs, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with customer managers, sales, supply chain, quality and engineering to translate business strategies into production readiness and successful NPI executions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experiences working in a multidiscipline fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a cross functional team.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of one or more multi-million-dollar programs with on-time delivery and key metrics.
• Collaborates with customer managers, sales, supply chain, quality and engineering to enable production readiness.
• Manages activity across engineering, logistics, supply chain, contracts, operations, and NPI teams to meet SLAs.
• Acts as primary site point of contact for the program to achieve deliverables.
