Job summary

Avnet is seeking a Program Manager to direct oversight of one or more multi-million-dollar programs, ensuring on-time delivery and attainment of key metrics. You will work with customer managers, sales, supply chain, quality and engineering to enable production readiness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, coordinating program standups and reviews, and ensuring adherence to budget and guidelines while optimizing end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-million-dollar programs ensuring on-time delivery and metrics.
• Coordinate with customer managers, sales, supply chain, and engineering.
• Drive site execution and production readiness.
• Act as primary site point of contact for programs.
• Collaborate with support organizations to meet and exceed customer service levels.
