Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the AFCAP VI basic contract, acting as the primary interface with the AFCAP CO and government PMT. The PM leads the PMO, managing a globally dispersed portfolio of task orders and ensuring 24-hour responsiveness across contract, deployment, and security management functions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large, multi-site task orders or deployments.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and implement management plans and compliance processes.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for leading dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contract-level key person of record and lead PMO operations.
• Staff and manage a globally dispersed PMO, including key personnel and site managers.
• Develop and maintain AFCAP Management Plan and related plans ( staffing, QC, procurement, CTIP).
• Oversee multiple TOs across austere/contingency locations and coordinates with AFCAP CO and Government PM.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of contract requirements, data collection, and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and host-country regulations and ethics.
