Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Program Manager to lead the AFCAP VI contract, directing the PMO and a globally dispersed team to ensure 24-hour responsiveness across contract, deployment, and security management functions.

You will manage multiple TOs, ensure compliance with DoD and host country regulations, develop briefings for senior leadership, and coordinate with the AFCAP CO and Government Program Manager. A SECRET clearance and 5 years of PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current, active SECRET security clearance (verifiable).
• Five (5) years of program management experience within the last seven (7) years across multiple areas (government appropriations, Air Force support, construction, services and commodities, government acquisitions, and large multi TO portfolios).
• Willingness to sign a Letter of Intent committing to this role and provide resume and experience narrative detailing qualifying efforts.
• Proven verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, coach, and supervise a geographically dispersed team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contract-level key person of record for AFCAP VI and maintain position for minimum 12 months.
• Establish and maintain a fully staffed PMO with designated contacts and managers.
• Develop, maintain, and update the AFCAP Management Plan and related plans.
• Manage multiple task orders in dispersed locations with oversight of Site Managers.
• Liaise with AFCAP CO and Government PM, and update key personnel listings within deadlines.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of contractual requirements, CDRLs, data collection, and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Ethics Regulation and applicable laws.
• Deliver briefings to senior leadership and government representatives; support proposal responses.
