Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Program Manager to lead the AFCAP VI PMO, serving as the key point of contact with the Government and managing a globally dispersed portfolio of task orders. The role emphasizes contract compliance, 24-hour readiness, and delivery across deployment and security functions.

The PM will direct planning, staffing, and performance reporting, and will provide leadership to ensure high performance across all sites while supporting the company’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Five years of program management experience within the last seven years.
• Active SECRET security clearance (verifiable).
• Experience managing multiple task orders > $2M in geographically dispersed locations.
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to lead dispersed teams.
• Willingness to sign a Letter of Intent and provide resume documenting qualifying efforts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contract-level key person of record for AFCAP VI.
• Establish and staff the PMO, including Alternate Program Manager and 24-hour contacts.
• Develop and maintain AFCAP Management Plans and related staffing and contingency plans.
• Oversee multiple TOs across dispersed locations and Site Managers.
• Serve as liaison to AFCAP CO and Government Program Manager; submit plan updates and change notifications.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of contractual requirements, data collection, and performance reporting.
• Ensure program-wide compliance with ethics regulations and laws.
• Deliver briefings to senior leadership and Government representatives.
• Provide leadership and training to foster continuous improvement, safety, and high performance.
• Support proposal responses and readiness for quick-response mobilizations.
