Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs delivering measurable business results.
• Experience leading initiatives involving operating model redesign, supply chain, or business transformation.
• Experience in program management, management consulting, transformation, or strategy roles.
• Experience applying DBS, Lean, continuous improvement to program execution and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation, translating priorities into roadmaps and plans.
• Provide leaders with analysis, recommendations, and decision support to accelerate delivery.
• Drive governance, reporting, accountability, and dependency management across workstreams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, define success measures, and track benefits realization.
• Partner with leaders to improve processes and operating models using DBS and continuous improvement methods.
