Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years leading continuous improvement, Lean, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, DBS in transactional/business environments.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and deliver measurable improvements.
• Independent and able to align stakeholders and drive sustainable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives to drive gains in quality, delivery, cost, and customer experience.
• Translate challenges into improvement roadmaps with business leaders.
• Coach and develop teams in DBS fundamentals and daily management.
• Establish sustainable operating mechanisms with governance, metrics, and visual management.
• Influence across functions to scale best practices across Leica Biosystems and Danaher.
