Responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of molecule/disease area teams and drive program development to maximize efficiency and patient benefit.
• Provide strategic program management including oversight, planning, governance, and risk mitigation.
• Lead and nurture cross-functional teams, maintain collaboration with Clinical Development, Regulatory and Commercial groups.
• Maintain program documentation and contribute to portfolio decisions and governance.
• Support implementation of program strategy and continuous process improvement within the MPM community.
