• MS/PhD in Engineering and/or MBA and/or PE/equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-year CAPEX project (> $750M) and manage project managers.
• Develop execution strategies and a lean delivery approach.
• Build a high-performing, matrixed team and influence senior stakeholders.
