Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of multi-disciplinary experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry or related setting.
• Direct project/program management experience preferred.
• Experience with drug development processes and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain integrated program schedules for accurate analyses and planning inputs.
• Oversee and prepare program team budgets including resources and costs.
• Communicate, document and archive program activities and decisions; primary contact for program information.
• Proactively identify and manage risks with scenario planning and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate program team meetings and cross-functional communications; align with stakeholders.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline team and business processes.
• Contribute to high-level sustainable team performance and best practices.
