Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline; MD/PhD/DVM preferred.
• Significant scientific or medical knowledge with business acumen.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary global program teams in pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Define program vision, strategy, and execution for global programs.
• Lead Global Program Teams with cross-functional experts.
• Collaborate with internal/external development and commercial groups.
• Represent programs in governance and external meetings.

Education

Advanced degree in science (MD/PhD/DVM preferred)

MBA or equivalent business training
