Genentech is seeking a Program Manager in California to drive drug development programs from Late Stage Research through Proof of Concept. You will define program strategy, guide multidisciplinary teams, and ensure timely decision points aligned with business goals.
Required: Bachelor's in Life Sciences with 5-8 years in biotech/pharma, plus direct project/program management experience and knowledge of drug development processes. Advanced degree is a plus.

The Research and Early Development Program Management Group is responsible for driving drug development molecule, strategy, and partnering teams to advance science and medicine for the patients. The Program Manager role is responsible for managing drug development programs to successful and timely decision points from Late Stage Research through Proof of Concept. This role contributes to the definition of program strategy and guides the multidisciplinary core and sub teams to deliver on program objectives.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $115,600.00 - 214,600.00 Annual . Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
