Job summary

Sage is seeking a Program Execution and Project Manager to lead cross-functional programs within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. The role is hybrid, with in-office days three per week, and focuses on accelerating strategic initiatives while ensuring governance, RACIs, and robust reporting.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Support to drive complex programs, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable business impact across Sage's U.S. operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business program management or project management.
• Proven ability to drive clarity across matrixed organizations.
• Strong change management mindset and business acumen.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder planning and cross-team programs.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leadership and communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communications across dispersed teams.
• Experience in a commercial organization with partner and customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team.
• Develop project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and communication strategies.
• Foster partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Support.
• Manage governance, change impact assessments, and project/program execution model.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed program status reports for executive leadership and advise on reporting requirements.
