Qualifications

• University degree required with project management experience.
• Experience in molding/textureing industries is a plus.
• Familiar with cross-functional team collaboration and project execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program management, including planning, tracking and risk mitigation.
• Develop consultative relationships with customers to understand needs.
• Promote Standex Engraving offerings (chemical, laser, tooling, finishing).
• Provide technical support and solutions for tooling and molded parts.
• Coordinate upcoming jobs to ensure tools are ready for texture processes.
• Disseminate information accurately and on time to stakeholders.
• Perform intermediate to advanced part markups for texture lines.
• Attend customer meetings and capture requirements.
• Coordinate with production, engineering and quality to allocate resources.
• Manage program documentation, meetings and progress reports; control milestones.
