Job summary

Standex Engraving in the United States seeks a Program Engineer/Technical Sales who will support customers worldwide and coordinate with sales and operations in APAC. Qualifications

• University degree (4 yr) or above required.
• Experience in project or program management; mold industry projects preferred.
• Familiar with project team collaboration and project execution processes.
• Experience with/understanding of the Chinese culture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program management, including planning, progress tracking, cost control, risk identification and problem-solving, to ensure projects are delivered on time and with quality.
• Develop a strong consultative relationship with customers.
• Promote the combined offerings of Standex Engraving (Chemical, Laser, Tool Finishing, etc.).
• Provide customers with technical support and solutions (tooling, molded parts, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal departments including production, engineering and quality; allocate resources effectively.
• Manage program documentation, organize meetings, prepare progress reports, and control key milestones.
