Job summary

Standex International Corporation in Maumee, OH is seeking a Production and Procurement Specialist to coordinate laser and chemical engraving production from intake to on-time delivery. The role owns procurement, shipping, logistics, P-card reconciliation, and inventory cycle counts for the facility, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Finance.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in procurement or related roles, an Associate degree, and strong SAP/ERP experience, with advanced Excel

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years in a comparable role.
Associate degree in related area such as Procurement, Engineering, Product Development, etc.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule laser and chemical engraving work.
Monitor machine availability and utilization.
Provide monthly production forecasting and revenue tracking.
Report status and forecasting to Management.
Perform SAP hour tracking and verification; monitor budgeted versus actual hours.
Compile facility-wide safety data for monthly reporting.
Manage incoming and outgoing plant workflow.
Manage customer-supplied mold design files and route to engraving team.
Coordinate and support customer design review meetings.
Lead weekly incoming workflow reviews with the Sales Team.
Support communication between engraving teams and Sales Team.
