Job summary

Standex Engraving in the United States seeks a Program Engineer/Technical Sales to lead end-to-end program management, coordinate with APAC stakeholders, and support global customers with tooling and texturing solutions across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience in project or program management; mold industry experience preferred.
• Familiar with cross-cultural collaboration; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management, including planning, tracking, cost control and risk management.
• Develop consultative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Promote Standex Engraving offerings (Chemical, Laser, Tool Finishing).
• Provide customers with technical support and solutions (tooling, molded parts).
• Coordinate with production, engineering and quality to allocate resources and ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare progress reports and manage program milestones.
